BORN IN A SMALL CITY OF PUNJAB "KAPURTHALA"

If there’s a reason someone has heard about this city, it’s only for one of the few countable reasons – either they themselves or someone they know are from Punjab, or they’ve seen Tanu weds Manu Part 1, or they know about Rail Coach Factory, or they’re aware that the city has one of the Sainik Schools of the country and is thus many a times an SSB center.
Born in Kapurthala, Ankur completed his early education from ICSE affiliated - Christ King Convent school, where his early educators always believed that this boy will end up doing something out of the box.

THE "KOTA" SAGA

Just like every topper, he thought IIT is his way to success. Ankur envisioned being an IIT Bombay alumnus. And to make his dream real, he landed in a hot place what the world knows as “KOTA factory”.
The Kota saga didn’t really go well for him. The new weather, a different lifestyle and a high-voltage classes and DPPs ecosystem took a really long time to settle down in his internal system. The two years in total saw more instances of fever, malaria, jaundice and what not as compared to rest of his whole life. Result? A week before his JEE, he declared he’s going to be dropping a year to prepare again.
THE PRESSURE OF A DROPPED YEAR
Remember? Ankur’s teachers had firm belief in his potential. Not making up to those expectations and having had to drop a year to prepare again at home was not at all easy. He did push himself through. That wasn’t enough to land into an IIT but was more than enough to land into an NIT.
HIS PERSONAL 3-IDIOTS STORY NIT JALANDHAR
Soon in his second year of Electronics and Communication at NIT Jalandhar, Ankur realized he was at a wrong place and he should have rather gone for humanities. He wrote 500 words e-mail to his then HOD stating, “I am not liking this engineering stuff at all. I have entered into BTech but if I’ll ever be able to make my way out of it successfully, that too in 4 years, I have no damn idea”.
He was summoned by his HOD. The HOD was gem of a person, who understood his struggle and did the best he could to put Ankur to peace. He encouraged Ankur to follow his heart but complete his BTech at NIT as he believed that ac ecosystem like NIT would provide right kind of exposure to bring forth the best of his abilities. Not just this, the super-empathetic HOD went an extra mile by making Ankur meet a couple of Alumni who were pursuing their non-technical dreams successfully post their BTechs. All these efforts of his dear HOD, removed the thoughts of quitting BTech from Ankur’s mind and he successfully completed his BTech, that too in 4 years without a single back-log and an overall CGPA of 7.5! On the last day of his B.Tech, Ankur’s favourite HOD bade him a farewell with words which still become his strength, “I have heard enough of Robin Sharma. Soon, all I want to hear of is ANKUR SHARMA. Go and get it”
QUIT HIS FIRST JOB IN 3 MONTHS AND GOT KICKED OUT OF HIS HOME
Ankur got a campus placement with a decent package in one of the great companies of Gurgaon. He joined the same. It was in few days again that he found himself in the same position of “I don’t belong here”. He was hired as a product manager but wasn’t able to enjoy the assignments he was being given. He discussed the challenges with the family,which just told him to ‘adjust’ and things will get better. 3 months of struggle and a genuine effort to adjust weren’t enough. He was given a clear warning that if he resigns from his job, he wouldn’t be allowed to come back to his home. And so was actually the case. He resigned, and the doors at his home were shut for him for around 6 months.
Not just this, an HR at his first workplace threw a challenge straight up on his face – “You’re trying to mess with your life when everything is going so good for you. And you can’t value it. I challenge you, I will ask you where you are, right after one year from now, and you will tell me about the regret you carry for yourthe decision of messing it all up” Imagine a fresher, trying to pave his way out to his inmost dreams, being met with such resistance and remarks of the family and his HR at first workplace – can break anyone’s heart, right? No! Ankur was forever made of different stuff.He welcomed all of this boldly, to start creating what he always wished to!
THE SPIRITUAL REVELATIONS
Another big reason for Ankur’s strong will-power, was his spiritual journey that he undertook under his beloved Master, H.H. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. He rigorously worked, learnt and grew under his shadow for over 6 years during which he spent quite many days living like a volunteer, working day in day out for service projects. He experienced the divine power of ancient yogic practices, transformational kriyas and pranayamas while absorbing the eternal wisdom flowing straight from his Master. He eventually became an AOL Teacher.
As an Art OF Living Teacher, He taught Happiness Programs to people from different walks of life. After having spent 6 devoted years, he could feel his inner call which needed him to work on different projects individually. He took the permission of his Master and went on to create what he was meant to with His blessings.
THE MAGICAL MWA TRANSFORMATIONS
Ankur dedicatedly followed what he learnt from his Master and this enabled him to create masterpieces himself. He invented several tools, techniques, methods and approaches (some of which are under patent considerations) which have been magically touching and transforming people for more than 7 years now. He completed his International Coach Certification from Symbiosis U.S. and then started travelling pan India to schools, colleges and companies sharing his light with the world. Since then, he has achieved following milestones:
FOUNDER OF SIM MASTER-FRAMEWORK
Ankur seeks to create at-least "100 Success Stories" every single year. He does so by installing ‘the SIM Master-framework’ in people’s lives which turns them into GSMs (Goal Smashing Machines). And once SIM Master-framework is installed in a life, creation of a success story is just inevitable.
The SIM Master-framework works the following way:
S (Self Sabotage Demolition Framework):
This framework empowers people, making them step out of their own way, by completely eradicating self-sabotage (causes as well as effects) from their lives.
I (Intrinsic Motivation Framework):
This framework aims at making individuals moreproductive, efficient and self-driven. It brings in the super-impactful daily D.O.S.E (Dopamine Oxytocin-Serotonin-Endorphins) of Motivation and enables them to set effective goals and track their growth pro-actively. It includes the fundamentals of neuroscience to intrinsically motivate them to step towards their goal every single day!
M (Mind gym):
This framework trains people to use the two most important bio-rhythms: Heartbeat and Breathing for mind-management and enhancement. It consists of Beat-Work and Breath-Work which doesn’t onlytrain the mind for success but also makes the physical body very healthy and immune.
